Guests have a choice of £25 non-refundable waiver OR £300 refundable security deposit. The Accidental Damage Waiver is a non-refundable fee paid in lieu of a refundable security deposit. It covers accidental damage caused during your stay up to £300. It does not cover negligence, wilful damage, excessive cleaning or breaches of booking terms. The refundable Security Deposit will be refunded to your account on the Monday after your stay and can take up to 5 working days to process.
